Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship to Boutique

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our Chicago boutique for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
